Where is the form where I put which office I want like VIENNA?

Hi,

I wonder people said I have to put Vienna in ... for Germany ...so where to I have to fill out that ...it is not on any PDF Forms?
or does the office in Mississauga decide and send it to the right office?

I am still trying to find out if I have to do a application for the permanent residence or is it done with my application for Common Law Sponsorship?

You cannot choose which office your application will go to. CPC-M sends it to the visa office according to the applicant's citizenship.

That question was removed about 2 years ago. CIC will send it to the office that it deems appropriate.

The sponsor and principal applicant forms are together in one package, once all of it is approved, the applicant will get a COPR. When they land, they will be a permanent resident. There is no need to fill out a PR card application, if that's what you are asking about.
