I had an unfortunate event and got some criminal charges in the past but they are fully withdrawn now.

Should I include all the criminal history related documents in Police certificate upload part with all the other police certificate documents outside of Canada?

If so, what documents should I include to be transparent with my criminal history (I have RCMP, Peace bond paper, and detailed history doc with court dates listed)
