Where do we send the receipt of right of permanent resident fee?

Please help me as i want to send the receipt of right of permanent resident fee to missisauga office.

I am sponsoring my wife and have paid the fees.. i have some questions.

1. Should i enter my name, date of birth and address inthe required fields or my wifes. ( I have paid the amount)
2. Where it says client Id... should i enter the 8 digit UCI ids i recieved in email with AOR.
3. What address should i send it to in missisauga office. (The post box etc)
4. Do I need to attach a cover letter with the receipt.

I have yet to receive the approval but i have already paid the fees since i wanted to save some time as i already have the UCI id in the AOR.

please help.

Follow the specific link at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-after.asp to email it to CPC-M. Your name is fine with the UCI number you received from sponsorship approval if you get it soon, otherwise I'd include your passport number and date of birth so they can match it up to your application.

sorry for being so naive bt im unable to locate the email address to send the reciept.. it wud be great as the other mailing option thru snail mail takes longer..

also can i use the UCI number i recieved in the AOR

The link is close to the bottom of the page - if you click on it it will set the recipient and subject of a new e-mail for you.

when i appled the payment for my husband , i called Cic and i was told to write my information , and also the cover letter saying that i am paying my fees for my husband and his file numbver , and his name last name ad date of birth to write , and i emailed them , and i also fax to CIC , and alos to the Vissa office who are processing the applications.
