Hello.

I already have a masters from US and a bachelors from INDIA.

I am single and planing to immigrate to CANADA permanently.

I have gone through the CIC, however the assessment tool says that i am not eligible.

I Stay in USA and want to immigrate.

Any one who knows the process please post the steps .

Ill really appreciate their help.

Step 1 of the process is to go through the CIC eligibility tool to see if you qualify for any immigration streams: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp

If you don't qualify for anything, the process ends there.

Do you have at least one year of full time paid work experience in a skilled profession? If not - that's why you're ineligible.
