hello,

i received an email from the government that they needed my Schedule A form to continue processing my spousal sponsorship. however when i log on to my GV key, i do not see a Schedule A form. it simply says this on my GV key, There are no required documents for this Online Application.

so I'm really confused. on the email they said they are requesting schedule A and I have 30 days to submit it, yet I cannot find schedule A on my account. I looked at other people and once they got their accounts linked, they saw they had to complete Schedule A. so please help me. I'm lost.

At the bottom of the page there should be a button to review submitted application. That’s where you’ll see the area to upload

I will call CIC on Monday. I cannot upload anything on submitted application as they say there is nothing for me to upload
