Where can I find the kind of Employers that would give the written job offer so that I can present to Canadian Embassy and get a Work Visa ?

You will need to apply for jobs through reputable job sides like indeed, linkedin, monster, workopolis, etc.

Note that a written job offer isn't enough to get a work visa. Your employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA.
