where can i find eMedical/UCI Number for medical exam

So i got ITA.i havent accepted it yet though.

i am scheduling medical exam.my doctor asked me to provide me UCI Number which is found on emedical form.i am not sure where i can find it and where to get it

Do i get this number after i accept ITA ?

Please help

UCI number is only generated if you have been applied for Canadian visa before. If you do have it, then it will be on your visa/work permit/student permit. If not, then UCI is not mandatory. You can give them your express entry application number.

What you need to tell your doctor is, yours is an "Up-front" medical. This does not require UCI number. With Express Entry UCI is only generated when you submit your applications to CIC for processing your PR. Hope this is helpful.
