My husband just passed the listening/speaking test. He used the study guide and the online practice tests. I also wrote up some questions that were similar to the speaking questions. I think this helped a lot.

It's a book. We paid $30 for it.
 
Used copy for sale if anyone is interested....you have to live near Vancouver though....

There aren't any free-online materials for CELPIP

Only materials are in books and you need to buy it
 
We do have a PDF copy with the book. But I'd like $15 for it.

We can't give you a pdf copy because it has my husband's email printed on every page. I guess they did that so we couldn't resell it. But you can buy the book for $15 if you live in Vancouver.
