Does your college fall under Anna University? If so, you can do it online. If not, please let me know the interview Univ and I'll see if I can look it up. Remember, the University has to directly send the sealed transcripts to WES.
I found something that maybe relevant to you. I think they are the same organizations but I cannot be sure. Make sure they seal it in their offices and stamp the envelope where it is sealed. You may need to go in person. This used to be the case back when I was applying for colleges in the US (Anna University has online application only these days).
