why dont you write an explanatory letter stapled along with this assessment highlighting the differences. That's what I did and they seemed to accept it, in the sense that they sent me the discover Canada book. I took a printout with the wrong details filled in, highlighted the wrong data and showed them that these are conflicting with the facts.
