When will I lose my "Implied status" with applying new visa during this status?

I'm currently on Implied Status which I tried to extend my IEC (Working Holiday visa).
And I will apply for PR (Common-law) and Open-Work-Permit with my partner soon.
My question is; when will I lose my "Implied status" with applying new visa during implied status?
I am currently working, so I need to know when to stop.
Is this the day I get refusal with my IEC extension OR the day we apply for PR?

Not an expert here, but I can try to answer this one..
Implied status ends when they make a decision, or you withdraw. The PR application doesn't give you an implied status, but the OWP does. When they are over-lapping, I would assume that they would cease to be when the application is decided upon. I would suspect in order as well.

You lose your implied status when a decision is made on the new status you've applied for.
If you are currently working, and your IEC permit has expired, then you are working illegally, and placing in jeopardy any future application.
Rats, new members can't post links. Search google for CIC help on implied status.
If you have applied for the same status (IEC - impossible) then you must abide by the conditions of the first permit, which for IEC include not working past the expiration date. If you have applied for new status, you may not do any activity authorised by the first status (ie working). Either way, you must stop working immediately (and preferably in the past).
