I have sent my application in 2173 NOC on 5th may 2014 which reached nova scotia
Around 14th may 2014, i checked d delivery status of dhl.
2173 NOC shows 57 applications they received till now.
Any idea when will i receive the email from cic?? Do they semd a hard copy too??
If you supplied an e-mail address they will use e-mail to send a PER. If rejected they will send the application back by post.

Returned. So i m quite hopeful for PER and as such u hve been following a lot of forums
And i found no one among may applicantz who has received d mail or PER . ;D

returned applications takes way too long to reach their destination,specially the one shipped overseas because its a slow process....so there is still chances.
