hello,
I have applied under federal skilled worker class for July 2011/2012 program.
I have submitted my application on 13 august,2011 by Fedex & it has reached their Nova Scotia office On 18th August by Miller.
Can anyone tell me how long will they take in responding to my application.
You need to wait one more month from now onward.
Thanks

It is better do email to Nova Scotia after 6 weeks passed...........they will reply you what is happening with your application...........cause their standard time is 2 month for acceptance or you can say PER..........but it happened to me i waited 2 month for the application but when i did email to them they reply me that your application returned to you cause of incomplete...........so i was expecting something else.........but remember they only reply if your application has completed 6 week with them........
ok thanks i ll do that if i dont hear from them in 6 weeks.
Hello,
I wanted to understand if CIO will encash the Bank Draft or charge the credit card first and then check if the application is complete. Was your BD or CC encashed and then they replied as incomplete application.
My CC was charged Mid Sept but haven't received any email or AOR/PER from them as yet. Getting worried.
Please share your experience.
Thanks

Don't worry, if they charged your CC then you are OK.
CIC is running a little behind whit the processing of apps.
your PER will probably arrive 60 days after CC charged
