My PGWP expires on 1st February 2023. But my visitor visa (V-1) on my passport is valid until 22nd May 2023. Do you know when I should leave the country? Can I stay in Canada after 1st Feb as a tourist until May 2023?

You are only allowed to legally remain in Canada until your PGWP expires. If you want to stay longer, you need to apply to extend your stay and change your status to visitor.
