When to Give IELTS Score

Dear all,

I had clear IELTS in 2011 with 7.5 band and my spouse has given in 2009 with 7 band.

I am planning to apply for FSW in 2013.

our both's Score will be expired.

when i should give IELTS, means can we apply for FSW and than afterward give IELTS or first we need to apply anyhow.

1. You both need to have valid IELTs when you apply .
