Buddy, it's not like how it used to be before. Post Feb 27th, it looks like a lot of things changed with these statuses. Earlier IP2 seemed like the last stage, and one would receive PPR within a max of 15 days after moving to that status. But now IP2 seems to really mean things are either In-process or going to be processed, and could take some time.
Per CIC they still mention that they get the applications processed within 6months, however, it depends on your application, the situation and VO processing it. Some people get their PR in about 3 weeks, and some who have applied back in early 2017 are still waiting. Every case is unique, and no one else other than CIC can tell exactly why each file is being processed differently. I have heard people in other forums and discussion boards say that PNP applications take a little longer when compared to FSW-O category.
Patience is our key here, just keep your hopes up and fingers crossed, your PPR should come to you when it's time
