When to apply for the Passport after the Oath ceremony?

Hello, I have a quick question regarding the passport.
Do we need to wait for the Citizenship certificate before applying for the Canadian Passport , or can we apply one right after we take the Oath.
Please advice.

You take the Oath "at" the Ceramony. You can only apply for a passport *after* you get your certificate in the mail.
