When to apply for express entry?

Hi, I'm currently on a post graduate work permit and will be completing one year of full time work this coming July. Should I wait till I complete 1 year before I create my profile on Express Entry, or should it be done sooner. I 'm hoping to get my PR before June 2016 as my visa and permit expire at that point. Please let me know! Thanks

Hi,
in order to apply you have to become eligible under FSW or CEC. If you are a post graduate student you should fit to CEC, which means minimum 1 year of skilled work (NOC O, A or B). Wait till July and apply then.
