I read on the IRCC website that the spouse of a PGWP holder can apply for a spouse open work permit. If I have applied for a PGWP and have three 0AB Payslips, can I apply for an open work permit for my husband right away? But the IRCC has a new requirement for principal workers "who are transitioning to PGWP are not eligible". Does this mean that I can apply for my husband only after my PGWP is approved?
