When should I begin the visa application process?

Hello,

I have been accepted into the University of Waterloo for Computer Science COOP Fall 2016 (September -).

I am an Indian national, but I am currently living outside of India where there is no Canadian embassy; I will be moving back to India in June 2016 and I require a medical checkup.

My question is, is it too late to begin the whole process around 20th June 2016? Or should I apply online now and have the medical test later?

How does it work? I need to be in Canada by 3rd September at the latest.

I have too have recived admit from MUN for MSc CS.
But I'm waiting for Ryerson decision, havent started my VISA application yet.
I think it is advisable to give Medical Test first and visa processing takes 4 weeks so you can start it after mid June.

I'm too thinking to start the visa process sometime in June.

When are you going to pay the uni fees?
