when should i be fully vaccinated?

Hello All,

I am applying for my student visa in a few days. I have got my first dose of Covishield a month ago. I was wondering if I should be fully vaccinated when I go for my biometrics? Or only during my travel.

There is an option to get my second dose earlier. But I was wondering if that is necessary because my travel is on December, and my second dose date is on October.

Vaccination is not mandatory, though encouraged. Don't get your second dose earlier than recommended. You will not be penalised for not being vaccinated.
