When should I apply for Express Entry

Provided my CRS score is higher than previous draws, how long before my expected day of arrival in Canada should I submit my profile in Express Entry? I will apply through the Federal Skilled Worker stream.

It's hard to say because processing times have been affected by COVID-19.

Best guess is a year / 12 months.
