Hi, I have been studying online (1 yr program) since Fall 2020 from outside Canada and my course is ending May 28, 2021. I am accepted into another program starting Fall 2021 this year.
As I was unlucky having been unable to travel due to many things happening out of my control, I am now planning to apply for a new study permit for this new course. Can I apply while my current program is ongoing?
