When reapplying

Hello

When reapplying for a visitor visa does one keep the login name and password and try from there or is it best to create a new account? Also, the barcode I received before, do I use it again or redo that too?

This must be some sort of scary territory for this question. No bites. I didn't see it written anywhere on the site so thought I'd ask. Continue with same login or start a new one....

I don't think the system will let you create a new one as it asks for your passport number.

If given the choice use the same one, it helps the already overloaded system not to have to manage another account.
