When does MBBS Education end (AS PER EXPRESS ENTRY/IRCC PHILOSOPHY)?

I am filling my express entry profile. I am MBBS doctor with several years OF EXPERIENCE.
On step of education history, when you put "no" in "this is my current study", a field marked "to" appears to ask when did the degree/qualification completed.
SHOULD I put a date when my MBBS education ended (i.e. when degree was awarded) or should it be date when house job was completed?
