when do we get to know the results

hi I'm applying for IELTS for the first time. My question is - when do we get to know the results? is it directly after 14 days when they send in the same or is there anyway to know it beforehand so that one can re-register if reqd.

Hi,

I think the earliest you would know would be on the date that is mentioned in your hall ticket. (Usually around 13 days from the date of your Reading/Listening and Writing). You can see your scores online from that date. I am not sure when the actual scores would reach your postal address though.

If you are yet to take it up, I would advise you not to have any self-doubts and have negative thoughts on re-taking it. It is not too tough if you prepare well.

Provide ur mobile number to them as well...they will SMS u the result as and when it is declared and afterward u can be more certain to receive it in coming 2to 3 working days..
