When CIC goes for background checks---- Before interview or after?

M from pakistan and studying in London and got married in london .

CIC did not call me for interview but my security checks are done from home country 3 months ago.

My question is ?

Is my interview has been waived or still they can call?

Until you receive anything form London then you can't say your interview has been waived. There is still a possibility that you can be called for an interview.

well i have received interview call for 21 april 2010 and my medical has been expired

my question is

1. wot kind of interview will it be?

2. will they keep my passport ?

3 will they ask medical again?

4. wot is the probability of getting visa?

The only one I know the answer to is #3, and that is "yes".

hi Yasi,
all the best wishes on your interview. make sure you print out all email communications with your wife.
you will have to do a new medical, and your passport will be returned to you. They will ask you tricky
questions like you spouse date of birth, where is she work and he salary etc.
so be ready.
