When can we access Ecas???

My husband got his OWP, so we now have his UCI. We tried logging into Ecas and are unable to do so. He did not receive AOR, so I don't know my UCI. Can we not log in until we receive AOR?? If so, I will stop trying!! haha

You generally need AOR.

I was able to use my receipt # before i got approved as a sponsor, maybe u can try that.

We tried the receipt and it wouldn't work either.

Is it still possible that they would return his PR application even though he received OWP?? It's been over 19 weeks since we mailed the entire app, but no AOR yet.

Not unless they made a huge mistake. It's more likely they are just behind. I know I've read some other complaints from people waiting a long time for inland AOR. Someone on the inland 2015 thread just got their AOR and they applied in October.
