After receiving PPR and I send my passport to CIC , if they return my passport with visa and COPR , what's the next step to getting permanent residence and also my a PR card. I am a FSW inland.

You can request a landing interview at a CIC office within Canada. However it can sometimes take a few months to get an appointment. Much faster to just drive to the border to land.
