I am a 22 year old US Citizen beginning work on my MA in Environmental Philosophy and upon completion of that (in 2 years) I am wanting to move up to Canada and try to become a citizen thus having dual us-canadian citizenship. I'm just wondering what the chances realistically are for a 25 year old with a masters degree to be accepted as a citizen (of course assuming I complete all the other standard requirements). Thanks for the help, I really appreciate any input.

There are many routes for permanent residency (step before citizenship). I recommend visiting the CIC website which has a lot of information as well as a tool that helps you select the best route for you
