There hasn't been a draw since Sept 21st.
May I please know why? Are there going to be changes in the express entry procedure?
Nobody knows for sure, it is all speculation at this point.

Draws aren't always every 2 weeks. They generally are, but sometimes there isn't one, and no explanation is provided.
