What's my CLB level? ?? Please help!!!

Seniors please help! !! I am preparing for my immigration under caring for children program. It says I need minimum CLB level 5 . As reading 4. Writing 5. Listening 5. Speaking 5 in IELTS. But my IELTS result is reading 6. Writing 6 listening 6 speaking 4.5. I don't know my CLB level. Do I reach the minimum level. Help! !!!

NOC code is 4411. I really need help. I prepared everything (documents) but IELTS. .speaking 4.5.I can't believe. It makes me so sad.

Sorry to hear this. Since your speaking is 4.5, your CLB level is 4. The score for CLB 5 is minimum 5.0 in speaking. You can try revaluation for speaking section and see if the scores change.

CLB must be identified by the minimum score.
doesn't matter if the rest of the module have the higher band.
