Hi,

Does anyone know what would happen to your fees if a CAP is reached for the category you submit to under FSW 2013? Will it be refunded? If someone gives a Credit Card, will it be charged?
 
it will not be charged.....and your application will be returned

It will be charged only when your application is complete and you are within the limit of 300 cap
