You can find more details here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp
Also remember that if your spouse has the IELTS result at CLB 6, you can claim additional 5 points under adaptability

Thank you for the correction. I might have enough points without claiming adaptability if I get at lest 22 points on my education which is as below:
1. Currently enrolled in Master in Business Administration in US (5 more classes to go before I graduate but I do not think this will count since I don't have a degree yet)
2. Undergraduate degree completed from US(4 Years)
3. two associate degrees from two different community colleges in US. (2 Years each degree)
4. Higher secondary Education (HSEB, +2) from Nepal(2 years)
5. High School (SLC) from Nepal. (10 years)
Only dilemma I have is to attest the copies of my certificates from Nepal since I have all originals with me and I cant travel back to Nepal to get this done.
Any suggestions on this?

You should get 22 for ## 2 and 3 but you need ECAs for them.

What a relief!!! Thanks you so much future_Canadian, I really appreciate your help.
For 2nd and 3rd, my universities have already sent the transcripts to them and I will be sending a copy of graduation certificates soon.
I didn't know, I could get 22 without 1st, 4th and 5th.
I will now remove 1st, 4th and 5th from WES assessment and only go for 2nd and 3rd which will be sufficient in my case.

I'm basing this off the guide:
Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials is for the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer
is worth 22.
But you need all those ECAs.
I would also disclose that you are currently in an MBA program even though you are not claiming points for it. It could only help.

Thank you future_Canadian,
For 4th and 5th, Will WES accept the photocopies of my certificates which is attested here in US from Notary public/or bank?
I am not in the situation to go back or send my originals to Nepal to get an attested copies from Universities.
I called the education board in Nepal to see if they can send a copy to WES directly but they said they don’t provide such a service and if I want my diplomas to be attested, I will have to visit them along with my originals.
Please suggest.
