Hi guys:
I am planning to take an IELTS exam on 17\4\2010......and the 120 days will end on 18\6\2010... What will happen if I don't get the band I need for my application??????
Must I send the application without the result certificate, and ask the officer to wait til I take another test to improve my band or what??
Plz seniors help...
Thx
Generally, no extensions are allowed for FSW. This is why, you are always advise to take IELTS first so you will know your band score etc.
What you can do now, take exam, you will definitely have idea after exam, how it was, if you are not satisfy, immediately register for next exam and don't wait for results. In this way, you will have almost 2 more tries for .. hopefully meanwhile you will also improve by practice etc. If you can't get IELTS what you need for achieving 67, then I am afraid, chances of your application refusal are high.
Think optimistic and try hard for the exam. It's still almost 2 months away, time enough for practice.
In the unfortunate event of your not attaining the desired band, you can repeat anytime you want per http://www.ielts.org/test_takers_information/faqs.aspx
6. How soon can I re-sit the test?
There is no limit on sitting the test. However, IELTS recommends you do additional study before taking the test again.
Oh guys....what a good news u've just provide me with......No restrictions any more....that's great ...
