There are so many steps in the process. Congrats on getting to this stage. Look at the job posting. Go through every requirement. Do you have the qualifications? Do you have references to prove you have sufficient work experience doing this job in the past three years? Do they specify English proficiency and do you have IELTS proof? Look closely at EACH point and be prepared with your proof. Your next hurdle after the LMO is approved will be to get the work permit. Unless you are going to apply for PR directly you will need a temporary work permit. You must convince the VO that you have compelling reasons to return home.
