What type of visa for 2-year-old baby, when mom process LMIA-exempt work permit?

Hi all,
I start post-doc fellowship at UBC this september.
I am a mother of a 2-year-old son (we're all Korean)
When I answer the questions of CIC like below, it ends up with "Based on your answers, your family member does not need a visa to transit or visit Canada. "
Does my 2-year-old baby need only eTA? OR did I answer something wrong?



Is your family member currently, or will they be, living in Canada with a parent or legal guardian for their entire stay?
Yes

Is your family member travelling with a parent who does not have full legal custody of them?
No

Why is your family member visiting Canada?
Visit - All other types

Does your family member want to apply for a Parent and Grandparent Supervisa?
No
