Hi ,

I want to apply visitor visa for my brother but I am not sure what to fill in "present occupation" . He is running a small business in India which is registered locally but not like a proper business which has GST number etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If the business is his only employment then give the details in the TRV form.

btw GST has not yet been implemented in India. It might happen shortly though.

You must include his business registration documents like Shop Act License, tax registrations (?), company/business bank statement for 6 months, business tax returns, etc
