My wife and daughter have been declared inadmissible.
I too have been declared inadmissible, but I am anyway a non-resident and have filed my taxes as such.
My wife was declared inadmissible after competing 467 days in Canada. She has filed taxes for last five years.
My daughter has started her 12th grade. She too has been declared inadmissible.
The interview is scheduled on in the 3rd week of December.
What may my wife and daughter expect in it, can anyone share their experience?
Thank you.
Are you ok to provide some background on this as it will be helpful to provide a detailed answer.
1. How determined inadmissible i.e PR Card renewal, at entry into Canada etc?
2. Date PR obtained?
3. Duration of absence from Canada?
4. Reasons for absence from Canada?
5. Ties to Canada - family, employment, assets, provincial health cards, any memberships e.g. library etc?
exactly. please provide some background so any of the expert and senior members can help you.
