Hi members thanks for your support. Now I'm in a weird situation, I applied for 3112 yesterday and I rushed even I'll have my baby in a week. I don't know what to do in this case. Need sincere reply from an expert. It will take atleast a month to get baby's passport but will get birth certificate in few days. What can I do or prepare early to tackle this situation. Thanks in advance.

Have the following documents ready while and/or after the baby is born:

- Passport
- 6 Photographs
- Updated Proof of Funds
- Updated CIC Forms : Generic Application + Family Declaration (refer the document checklist for the precise info).
- Make sure your POF has sufficient funds to cover your Child in the near future

After you receive PER and your file is transferred to your Local VO, you can send all the updated documents to CIC after AOR or once you are requested for MR.

Again I would like to stress : PLEASE REFER THE DOCUMENT CHECKLIST FOR THE PRECISE SET OF DOCUMENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED GOING FORWARD.

Weird?

It's good that you did that. I would say a good decision. 2 reasons:

- You can concentrate on your new Child Birth

- If the birth would have taken place, you will require more time to collect documents for baby.

So relax and enjoy with your baby and make documents and as soon as you receive your PER, inform your VO with the required documents.

Good luck
