What to do?

What can we do to get my brother and his family to come here. He is the last remaining member of the family and he was denied visa to work here. An employer filed his papers to work in his restaurant with his wife and taking along his 3 children. He was denied as of today and the reason is he has no ties in Manila that they might not go back. What is wrong with that? Don't you think that if he gets here and be extended don't you think that we should be also be sponsoring him while they are here?

The same Visa officer denied them 3 years ago and one long time ago. Is she just picking on them? Is there only one visa officer in Manila. Can my brothers employer appeal and ask for another visa officer to review his documents? Please help me?

Maybe the guy is picking on him. What province is this job offer from? Could the employer get an AEO for him to apply for PNP immigration directly or himself even as an FSW? Do you or anybody in your family live in AB, SK or MB such that you/they can sponsor him under PNP as a family member?
