What to do if like this my case

My wife is in India and I am in canada
When our passports will be requested
What would be the best way to solve :

If arrange her passport to bring canada
Can we submit her passport in canada office for stamping with me

Or as bcz she is not in Canada I am not allowed to submit her passport in Canada

Yes, as far as CIC is concerned, you can do that.

You cannot send passports to Canada by courier. If you have someone travelling then they can bring your wife's passport along with an authorization letter from your wife to carry passport.

Other option is you can request CIC to get your wife's visa stamped in New Delhi instead of Canada. I put in a request to get visa stamped in New Delhi but I did it for the entire family (including myself). In your case you have to request just for your wife.

So can she bring my wife passport with her

So I can submit my passport and my wife passport together in canada

It will save our time

Bcz in India takes more than two month to realise passport where in canada takes only a week

Yes, she can bring your passport when she comes to Canada.
