We are applying to go to our son's wedding in Canada (he's not a PR yet, he is on work visa) and we are applying for visitor visa. Previously we had been denied Certificat de sélection du Québec in 2012 and we have never applied for a visitor visa before.
What should be my answers (Yes/NO) for Visitor Visa application in the present situation.
1. Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
2. Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?
