Me again , what should my wife answer to the question number 8 of form 5490E. Where they ask if you have family members in Canada. She do have family members, uncle and cousin but they are not in good terms and she don't have there address and contact information. And most important is that they are jealous people and can try to mess up the case if they were aware or contacted.
She can't lie and answer NO that would be not accepted by CIC and if she says yes she don't have details to provide. What to do ?

Just explain the situation. Put yes, she has family in Canada, and add an explanation ( on a separate sheet of paper for example) explaining that she is not on speaking terms with her family and that she doesn't have their contacts details.
CIC won't contact them most likely, but like this, you have not lied in the application.
Good luck,
Sweden
yes - for all "first degree" family members as I understand. So - uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews. You can provide an additional paper if needed.
