What should I do with TRV and LOI, admission deferred to 2014?

I am a student of Master program at York University for the August, 2013 intake. I applied for the TRV in mid June 2013, but CHC issued me a TRV and a Letter of Introduction in September 2013. As the classes have already started, I am forced to withdraw from the program and defer classes to next academic year starting July 2014. The university will send me an updated Letter of Admission in December 2013. The validity date on both my TRV (on my passport) and LOI is 09 Aug, 2014. My question is whether I can leave for Canada next year with the TRV and LOI that are already issued to me, say a month in advance of their expiry which is 9-AUG-2014? Or will I have to send my passport back to the CHC for a renewal of TRV and/or LOI by myself? I would appreciate if someone could provide some advice on the best course of action to take. Thanks.

Why don't you want to go for Jan 2014 intake?

It's because there is no January 2014 intake for this program. Only once a year and that too only in Summer! That's how university runs it, so I am being deferred to summer 2014 by the university and not by my own will.
