Hi,

looking for guidance from experts here:

I and my spouse hold PR from Oct 2011. We have been out in India for 3 years. Now entering alone in Canada. Have Kid of 5 months now.

1. Shall i apply for TRV or TRP for my Kid when i am in India or after entering Canada.
2. Shall i apply for PR first from India, and then after 2 months TRV or TRP ? because someone told me that if i will apply directly for TRV without applying for PR, application gets rejected.
3. How much time it is taking for a dependent child to get PR if i apply from India ? or Canada ?
4. What all documents are requried to apply for PR for dependent child.


Please guide me.
