what qualification is needed to apply for student visa?

Hi
Please tell me what qualification and percentage do we need to apply for student visa? Or how much percentage do we need to take addmission in colleges of canada? I have done my distance education in bechlors of arts from india and hav obtained. 47percent,
And by side doing my animation diploma ,
Have got 47% in my 10th
And 57% in my 12th.
Please suggest me something, my counslor is making me puzzel

1. choose which program you would like to take.
2. check the colleges/universities' websites for these program
3. email the admissions officer and/or program adviser about your concern/s (example: am i eligible to get in this program?)

if they say yes, then its good, they can send u offer letter, if no, ask them which other programs you are qualified for.
