Me & my wife applying under FSW Express entry program being my wife as primary applicant . She has done MBA in Marketing and have more then 8years of working experience. The confusion arise here that in all these 8years she has been working in under different roles .
So my wife has worked in Finance sector as well as Marketing sector
She has experience with SEO, Digital Marketing, and in Finance (Audit) as she has also cleared 3 levels of Cost and Management Accountants diploma
So we want to mention only one NOC while putting up the case which has more demand in all over Canada, this is what about i am seeking help here that what are the most in demand NOCs related to Marketing & Finance sector in all over Canada ? Also let me know if we should continue with the Finance or marketing
Not sure what you mean by NOC in demand. Express entry only cares if it is NOC A,B or 0. You get an ITA not with a specific NOC. She can have a primary NOC and other NOC as her employment letters will list her responsibilitie.

Ok so what i understand from your response is that a candidate can mention multiples NOCs while creating a profile with supported documents which can prove the experience . Right ?
