3. Sin card - I only got the SIN Number in paper - not a SIN Card - ServiceCanada - can walk in
5. PR card - My understanding is that once everything is done at the airport, the PR card will be sent to you by mail to the address you provided - not sure - someone will help answer
6. Bank account - Go to the bank with your COPR or PR card and open your bank account
7. cell phone - Go to any branches of Bell, Rogers, or FIDO etc. (whichever your choice is) with your COPR or PR card and register an account and open your phone number with them
