My hearing for sponsorship appeal was April 24, 2015
Hearing officer gave favorable consent to grant appeal
I did not get any confirmation letter yet

What is the next process
How long need to wait to get confirmation letter from IAD
Should I need to apply again sponsorship application or original application (denied ) will be keep continue

Don't do anything for now. You will get the approval letter very soon and then they will ask you to update some forms, new medical, police certificate.

Some appeal cases go directly to Ottawa and some go back to the original visa office. It is faster through Ottawa. Hard to say how long. Most cases are finished 6-9 months but sometimes longer. Best of luck !

I got letter today certified copy notice of decision from IAD and mentioned appeal was granted, the officer must continue procession the application in accordance with the consent. Nothing instruction what I need to do.

Could you please inform me what I need to do now?

Just wait. The original visa office will continue to process your application. If they want more documents, they will ask for them.
You might contact your MP to see if he or she can be of help. Some of them are very helpful and can at least ask about how the processing is going, how long it might take, etc.
